Special Choreographed Cakewalk Competition

Competition will conform to SOBHD rules. Judge’s decision is final.
Age is computed as of day of competition. Proof of age must be furnished if requested.
Dancer MUST show registration card and be in proper attire to receive award(s).
Medals and ribbons awarded in each event except two oldest age group Premier where cash is awarded.
Trophy for most points, based on all dances, in each class except Primary.
Classes will be determined by number of entries.
Entry Fees: Primary $8.00 Pre-Premier $15.00 Premier $15.00 Choreography Couple $10.00
$1.00 of entry fee goes to FUSTA
ENTRY must be RECEIVED by September 19, 2007 to receive parking pass. Wrist bands will be issued at will call. Registration and payment available on line.
Parking passes will be issued – one per dance family. SASE no longer necessary, passes will still be mailed.

Release Agreement

In consideration of The Williamsburg Scottish Festival. permitting me to participate in the Williamsburg Scottish Festival competition, I hereby release, waive and discharge The Williamsburg Scottish Festival., their agents, representatives, employees, officials and directors from any and all claims, damages, causes of actions, costs and judgments or suits of any nature whatsoever which I, my heirs, assigns or executors may have resulting from personal injuries, including death, or damages to property, caused by or arising out of my participation in the Williamsburg Scottish Festival. Further, I hereby assume any and all risks of injury to my person, including death, or damage to property, caused or arising out of such participation, and state to my knowledge, I am in good health and have no physical condition that would prevent participation. I further agree that photographs, slides, movies, etc., taken or made in connection with my participation may be used along with my name for publicity by Williamsburg Scottish Festival., or by others authorized by them without compensation to me.

I have read and understand the foregoing release and sign it voluntarily.
